Talk to us

Got a question we haven't answered yet?

We're a small team, and we'd rather over-explain than leave you guessing. Send us the details below and a person — not a bot — will reply within one business day.

Try this first — it's usually faster

Three things our inbox sees every week. If one of these matches what you're dealing with, the answer is one click away.

Lost or stolen card?

We can't replace cards — only the issuer can. The phone number on the back of your card is the fastest path.

Wrong balance showing?

Pre-authorizations, maintenance fees, and split-tender purchases account for most of the gaps people see.

Bought a card that won't activate?

Brand-new cards sometimes need 24 hours, and a few retailers don't activate at the register at all.

What we can't do for you

We're a balance-checker, not the card issuer — these are the requests we have to bounce so you don't waste a day waiting on us.

  • Activate, reload, or transfer money onto a card — that's the issuer's job.
  • Adjust a balance you believe is wrong — only the card issuer can investigate transactions.
  • Override a declined transaction at a merchant — call the number on the back of your card.
  • Recover funds from a card lost or stolen before contacting the issuer.
